Jamaica Plain Renovation
What began as a new kitchen design, evolved into a more comprehensive renovation and restoration of this 1910 Italianate home located near Jamaica Pond. New life was given to the structure through much needed repairs. Years of modifications upon modifications were sorted out to return the home to it’s original glory. The new kitchen was designed to maximize daylight and views to the backyard and provide an improved connection to the dining room. The existing rear entry area was reconfigured to optimize pantry storage and provide a half bath. Renovations on the second and third floor included adjustments to improve bathroom layouts, a new dressing room, office and laundry.
